Once you place your order send a photo of the handwritten note on unlined paper to support@crabtreefallsdesigns.com, along with your order number.

  • Shipping

    Please allow 5-10 business days for your product to be crafted especially for you. If you need your item before them, please inquire about express creation and shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

  • Returns

    Customized orders cannot be returned unless the item received is different than the item ordered. All non-customized products have a 30 return policy.
