Just love him!! In Native American mythology, bears are often seen as sacred animals that possess healing powers and serve as protectors. They are associated with courage, leadership, and the ability to overcome challenges. Due to their significance, bears are often given names that reflect their attributes and symbolism.  We borrowed his name from the Native Americans.  “Takoda” is Sioux for “friend to everyone”.

We finished and cut a lot of wood for this handsome fella!!! There are 286 of wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, mahogany, and aromatic cedar. He’s a beauty and looking forward to his forever home.  He measures 24”x18” and comes ready to hang.
